Mobile 10X conducted a session with Branch.io on Saturday 10th March from 10.30 AM onwards. Branch.io is a deep linking and business analytics platform offering developer tools for large and independent mobile application companies. The session was led by Anup Ostwal, With more than 6 years of experience, Anup has been working for a startup/selling to them across Marketing, Product, and Growth teams. In his current role branch.io, he is responsible for increasing mobile conversion, retention, and engagement through deep linking, user routing and personalized app experience across India and South-East Asia.. Some of the startups he has worked with are: ClearTrip, Sharechat, Dineout, Carousell, OYO, Myntra, Redmart, HOOQ, Vuclip and Ajio to name a few. Prior to Branch.io, Anup was VP- Sales at CleverTap. The session mainly focused on: - Fragmentation of the mobile apps(Attribute passing from app to app). - Monetization. - Value addition to increase monthly active users - Data platform ,partnership and aggregation. - Identifying industry problems The session gave insight in improvement of their organic installs, growth retention and engagement the startups were given individual sessions to raise their queries, as a whole the session was a very informative and beneficial.
