Mobile 10X conducted a session with Mr. Vaitheeswaran K on 23rd March 2017 at Mobile 10X Hub, Bangalore from 3:00 pm onwards. He is also known as the "father of e-commerce in India". Mr. K Vaitheeswaran Co-founded India's first integrated retail company Fabmall - acquired by Aditya Birla Group in 2006 and rebranded as More chain of stores. The topic for the session was “Business essentials for Entrepreneurs”. Mr. Vaitheeswaran discussed that finding the right Co-founder for your venture is one of the most important things as the co-founder should understand and should always be on the same page. He also said that the founders should always hire employees those who are much smarter than the founder and co-founder. The session was followed by a round of QA where startups asked Mr. Vaitheeswaran about some of his personal experiences.
